I am trying to download pdfs I purchased and they won’t download. I am getting a message that my account expired but it didn’t AND a purchase for download is legally A SEPARATE PURCHASE given that the buyer paid full price, terms of Purchase dis not require membership or subscription and those Books are offered to the general public. I am a subscriber to WDJ since March 24, but I haven’t received a PRINT COPY as of this date, Apr.2. When will I begin receiving the PRINT copy?

I see i have an active online subscription which I thought should show up so I could also check back issues.
