My subscription is confusing. Please contact me to fix this. i do not get printed copies, cannot renew, cannot change to web only. what is happening????
I signed up and paid for the paper copy of Whole Dog Journal on August 2, 2023. It is now August 19, 2023 shouldn’t I have received my first copy by now?

Though I subscribed for the paper copy that I have not received and noted that in an earlier post, I just tried and was successful in downloading the July – August issue on my device. Does this mean I will in the future be able to download the issues?
