Her books for the pet-care industry started with “How to Pick a Puppy,” which evolved into “Building Better Boarding Kennels” and “Unleashing Happiness.” Vinogradov is a lifelong journalist with extensive experience in the United States, Hong Kong, and Israel. She is a graduate of Kent State University and earned a second degree from the University of Maryland.
