I am a subscriber….how do I bring out the August issue?

I have a subscription to the journal and already received a paper issue. I can’t seem to access it online, but receive many subscription offers instead.
I really am not interested in receiving almost daily subscription offer emails.
I would like to unsubscribe from these offers, but not unsubscribe from the journal. Can you address this issue, please?

Am a subscriber and expected a paper issue each mknth. Have difficulty with articles on line as I do not want to download issues. Very disappointed in this subscription and it’s access. Will not renew

Hello! Please contact WDJ’s customer service department for any problems with your subscriptions! Generally, the digital version is made available to subscribers before the paper copies arrive in your mailbox. You should receive the paper copy in the mail before the first of the cover date (e.g., before August 1 for the August issue). New subscriptions generally take 4-8 weeks to begin to arrive in your mailbox. There is a link on the right side of the web site for customer service.
I have tried to download the August issue but without success. I have sent two email requests. Is there a phone contact I can call?
