Hello, I am trying to purchase some courses but even though I am signed in successfully to my Journal subscription, the site asks me to sign in again to purchase a course or book, and then rejects the selfsame password I had just used. Nor does it seem to recognize when I ask to change my password – I never get an email to allow me to do that.
Is there a separate requirement to create a separate account to be able to purchase anything other than the journal subscription itself? I love your content but this issue is very frustrating and discouraging.
I had the same problem. Finally gave up after numerous attempts with the same result.
You’ll need to create a new account to order or access Whole Dog Journal’s online courses. The courses exist on a different site – wholedogonlinelearning.com
I also have problems with the site. It seems they have two separate records of my account; one shows the last renewal as some time in 2022 but it does allow me to log in and get the current WDJ. I have had problems with getting double billed in the past. I am waiting for the double billing to start again this year.
I completely love the Whole Dog Journal, but their website has been terrible for years. My current subscription never shows on my account and I’m never able to renew either. I always have to wait for a postcard and then mail it in. Trying to navigate it with all the pop ups can be frustrating also.
