I have received two billing statements so far, but have not yet received my first (February) trial issue. I tried to read and download the February issue PDF file, but pages 17-21 are blank. What gives? Thank you.
I have the same problem with several blank pages in the middle of the issue.

I am so frustrated with this website I want a refund, NOW. Links don’t work, when I try to access my content it repeatedly asks me to change my password… I signed up for online AND paper and have never received a paper copy of any edition. Please refund my $20 purchase now.
When will I start receiving paper copies of editions? It’s a great journal but I’d rather get the paper editions. I like to highlight articles and read from an actual paper edition. Thank you

since my subscription was expired, why wouldn’t you let me sign up again for $20? I just renewed my subscription for $29. This just doesn’t seem fair.
My subscription doesn’t expire until June of 2025 but this site won’t let me download, says subscription expired. 2 phone calls and no results.
I signed up for a paper subscription and have yet to receive it. I’m only getting an online subscription.
As a veterinarian who has been getting Whole Dog Journal since 2001 and recommending it to literally hundreds of clients and people who attend my lectures, I am extremely disappointed in the decision to go only digital. I have enjoyed reading the Journal as a hand held item and keeping notebooks over the years for referral and marking notes. I find it time consuming to have to log in and work my way through the inconvenient paths in order to find what I need or to not be able to find it at all and if I do to then spend time downloading and printing it.
I just renewed my subscription in may and surprise get a notice with the june issue that I no longer will get a printed issue.
It does make me definitely consider not renewing my subscription and others I have talked to are expressing the same sentiments.
I have always valued your journal for both lay people to get info and also veterinarians to keep up with certain areas your journal discusses.
