  1. I cannot download July issue. I believe my subscription is good until December. Second request for help with this. Thank you. Would appreciate the Courtesy of a reply. The number in the box next to the download says 3. I am assuming I this means my three attempts to down load this issue. Help

Hi, I received an offer in the regular mail to sign up for the WDJ and it included “Top Dog Foods for Total Wellness” – I have all the enclosures that came in the mail EXCEPT the card to return to sign up and receive that. Could you sent me another one? Or is there a way to sign up online and get that?

    • Please click the “customer service” button at the top of the page. There are innumerable reasons that a person might be having trouble downloading an issue. Many of them are described and solved on the page that comes up when you click “customer service.” If none of those apply, to reach a customer service person directly, click the link for “contact us” at the bottom of the customer service page.

    • You guys are killing me! The comments section is NOT monitored by customer service; that’s not how it works at any publication anywhere! PLEASE contact our customer service people! Click “customer service” in the bar at the top of the page, or send an email to “customer_servie@belvoir.com.”

      I love you, I need you, but I don’t handle subscriptions! I can’t access your subscription information!
