Why would you list all the issues from 1998 to this one, yet not allow for them to be viewed or downloaded? I come to this issue, and all prior to it, there is nothing to download – and nothing stated on the site about when or if, and the salesperson made no mention. Bad and dishonest business practices, shame on you.
This is exactly this kind of behavior I have come to expect from WDJ – as I had a subscription from 1998 until 2021 when the ethical challenges, pharmaceutical representation, increasing lack of holistic perspective & information and utter disregard for those that had supported this publication all these years made it impossible to continue.
I realized I was somehow missing a just few issues (when they were still worth something), and after 20+ years of support for WDJ I thought is not unreasonable to ask that those PDFs be emailed to me, in good faith. After 3 emails being completely ignored, I called and I was advised to buy a subscription, download my missing issues, and request a refund – and that is probably the best advice from this publication in a long time, Pat Miller’s behavior writing withstanding.
Jane Deaux, yes the situation is sad. I wanted to download the 2003 and earlier versions, because they were so detailed and packed with information, and the issues just aren’t there – and I have a subscription. Why do I have a subscription?

Oh, and I forgot, spamming inboxes is also very unprofessional and unethical too.
