I am one of the site’s administrators. Be sure you are logged in before attempting to download an issue. Once logged in, the downloading of the current issue takes ONE, TWO, or THREE clicks depending on your path. Click on the cover on the home page. Click on the cover on the Digital Issues page. Click on the Digital Issue button. Click on the Download link. They all have slightly different purposes but they all work.
Now the issue is on your computer. Depending on your computer, phone, tablet, operating system, browser, age of device and OS, your issue could be in numerous places including your browser, desktop, downloads folder, documents folder etc. Whole Dog Journal is unable to control that piece of the process.
